Sigh... while the table below is out of date, it is referenced by student teachers, so I'm loathe to delete it.
A 2022 update would reflect my comfort using and (in many cases) teaching others how to use Canvas, the Google Suite to include Google Sites, Destiny Discover, E-book platforms from Follett and Mackin, Synergy, Screencastify to create video tutorials, NoodleTools, Microsoft Teams and MS Stream, Zoom, Frontline, Blackboard, WordPress, Schoolwires for web page development, and primary resources based at the Library of Congress. I work on PC's as well as MacBooks and i-Pads. Thanks to time at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology and Arlington Public Schools where AP and IB research and college preparation get forward looking support from librarians, I've helped students and their teachers use over 40 subscription databases. Such include JOVE, Science Direct, Ebsco, Gale databases, ProQuest E-book Central, US Historical Statistics, InfoBase's World Religions, Yale's HRAF, Britannica's World Data Analyst, Polling the Nations, and more. Historical Document from earlier in my career presented below. |
